Information we collect

When you request a reading, we collect the name and email address you provide, the reading focus you select and any scheduling preference you enter. Please do not submit medical information, financial account details, government identification numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information.

When you join the A Note from Lynn interest list, we collect the first name, if you choose to provide it, and the email address you provide. Joining the list is optional and is separate from requesting a reading.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.

How we use and disclose information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, discuss scheduling and provide the service you ask about. Technical data may be used to operate the site, prevent abuse and maintain security. We may also retain or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

We use interest-list email addresses to maintain the list and to contact subscribers if A Note from Lynn begins. Those future messages may include tarot reflections, reading availability and Tea Leaves & Sage product news. We do not add a booking-request email address to this list unless it is submitted separately through the interest-list form.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Website infrastructure and security providers, including Cloudflare, may process limited technical data. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tags. Cloudflare may set the short-lived __cf_bmcookie to identify and reduce automated or malicious traffic. Cloudflare describes this as a strictly necessary security cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and does not track a visitor from site to site. Because we do not conduct cross-site behavioral tracking or sell or share personal information for advertising, the site does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Other parties do not collect personal information through embedded advertising or analytics on this site. If you follow an external link, the destination site’s own privacy practices apply.

Retention and your choices

We retain booking-request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, schedule services, maintain legitimate business or legal records and protect against abuse. To ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, use the request form and choose “Privacy or data request.” We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for legal, security or completed-transaction records.

We retain an interest-list email address until the subscriber asks to leave the list or requests deletion. Future marketing emails, if sent, will include an unsubscribe method. You may also leave the list now by using the request form and choosing “Privacy or data request.”

Children and policy changes

This site and its services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If this notice changes materially, the revised notice will be posted here with a new effective date.
